Aberfeldy 24 Year Single Cask Single Malt Scotch 750ml

Aberfeldy 24 Year is an exceedingly rare single cask bottling from the Aberfeldy distillery in Perthshire, hand-selected by Malt Master Stephanie Macleod. Aberfeldy is the heart malt of the Dewar's blends.

Expect honeyed sweetness and heather, with dried fruit, soft oak and a long, mellow finish, as is typical of a very old Highland single malt. With a drop of water the aromas open up further and the texture softens, so it rewards a slow pour and a clean tulip or Glencairn glass.

Pour it neat in a tulip glass and add a few drops of water if you like. It is best savored slowly, perhaps after dinner. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place, and pour it at room temperature to get the full range of aromas.
