Description
Adir Ben Zimra Cabernet Sauvignon is a kosher, non-mevushal red wine from Adir Winery, a boutique producer in Israel's Upper Galilee.
The wine shows dark fruit, cassis and cedar with firm tannins and a lingering finish, with the structure typical of Cabernet from hillside vineyards in the region.
Serve at room temperature with grilled steak, roast lamb or aged cheeses. Because it is not mevushal, it is best kept for tables where that matters to your guests. Pair it with hearty dishes such as grilled meats, pasta in tomato sauce or a cheese board. A large, rounded glass lets the wine open up and shows off its aromas.
