Description
Adir Plato Mevushal is a kosher mevushal red wine from Adir Winery in Israel's Upper Galilee. It is a Cabernet Sauvignon-based bottling from grapes harvested at Kerem Ben Zimra only in exceptional years.
Expect concentrated dark fruit, cassis and oak spice with firm but polished tannins and a long, structured finish.
Serve at room temperature with roast beef, lamb or aged cheeses. Because it is mevushal, it is a flexible choice for events where the wine will be handled by others. It pairs easily with light dishes, from salads and seafood to creamy pasta and soft cheeses. A medium glass with a slight taper keeps the aromas concentrated.
