Description
Aharonoff Merlot Reserve is a Merlot-based red wine from Aharonoff, positioned as a Reserve bottling.
Expect ripe plum, black cherry and chocolate with soft, round tannins and a gentle oak influence. Merlot is known for a smooth, easy-drinking style, and this one follows that profile.
Serve at room temperature with roast chicken, pork, pasta with red sauce or mild cheeses. Pair it with hearty dishes such as grilled meats, pasta in tomato sauce or a cheese board. A large, rounded glass lets the wine open up and shows off its aromas. Serve at about 60 to 65 F and open the bottle 15 to 30 minutes ahead so the aromas can develop.
