Description
Alamos Malbec is an Argentine red wine from the Alamos winery in Mendoza, one of the best-known Malbec brands in the world.
Expect ripe plum and blackberry with notes of violet, vanilla and a touch of spice. It is medium to full-bodied with soft tannins and a smooth, juicy finish.
Serve at room temperature with grilled steak, burgers, empanadas or roasted vegetables. Pair it with hearty dishes such as grilled meats, pasta in tomato sauce or a cheese board. A large, rounded glass lets the wine open up and shows off its aromas. Serve at about 60 to 65 F and open the bottle 15 to 30 minutes ahead so the aromas can develop.
