Alexander Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine from Alexander Winery in Israel, made from Sauvignon Blanc and offered in a crisp, refreshing style.
The wine is vibrant, with flavors of grapefruit and green apple and a hint of tropical fruit. It finishes clean and refreshing, with lively acidity.
Serve well chilled with salads, goat cheese, seafood or grilled vegetables. It pairs easily with light dishes, from salads and seafood to creamy pasta and soft cheeses. A medium glass with a slight taper keeps the aromas concentrated. Serve at about 45 to 50 F, chilled but not ice cold, so the aromas stay lively.
