Description
Alma del Jaguar 101 Blanco is an unaged blanco tequila from Alma del Jaguar, a small-batch brand with a collector following.
Expect cooked agave, citrus and mineral notes with a bright, clean palate and a lively finish. The 101 in the name points to its higher-strength bottling. Unaged tequila keeps the character of the agave front and center, with cooked agave, citrus peel and a touch of black pepper typical of the style.
Sip it neat from a small glass, or use it in a high-end Margarita. It is equally at home in a Margarita, Paloma or Ranch Water as it is served neat in a small glass or over one large ice cube.
