The Hearts Collection is the first collaboration of its kind between Appleton and Luca Gargano of Velier. Together they selected the vintages and casks to come up with this stunning collection. On the nose dried apricot and marmalade, with a hint of butterscotch, bakewell tart and green bananas. The palate has a fantastic rich texture with notes of fresh vanilla pod, chilli pepper, ice tea and caramelized orange creme brulee. The finish is long and intense with fig, apricot tart tatin, smoked cedarwood and a hint of menthol.
