Description
Appleton Estate 8 Year Reserve is an aged Jamaican rum matured for a minimum of eight years in oak, from the Nassau Valley estate.
Expect orange peel, vanilla and brown sugar on the nose, a smooth, medium-bodied palate of toffee, spice and dried fruit, and a warm, lingering finish. The flavor profile is built for mixing, so it is sweet, bright and easy-going rather than complex.
Sip it neat or on the rocks, or use it in an old-fashioned or rum punch. Serve it very cold, mixed into a tropical punch, or blended into frozen drinks. It is a crowd-pleaser for beach days, barbecues and poolside gatherings.
