Description
Averna is an authentic Sicilian amaro with a full body and a smooth, rounded taste. Made from a secret blend of herbs and citrus, it is one of Italy's most beloved after-dinner bitters.
Expect orange peel, licorice, caramel and bittersweet herbs on the nose, with a rich, velvety palate and a long, mellow finish. It is a classic bittersweet style, enjoyed both before dinner to open the appetite and after dinner as a digestif.
