Description
B&G Sparkling Wine is a sparkling wine with a crisp, refreshing character.
Expect fresh fruit aromas, a lively palate with fine bubbles, and a clean finish. Brut-style sparkling wines are dry and crisp, with fine bubbles and enough acidity to pair easily with a wide range of foods.
Serve well chilled, on its own or in mimosas. Serve it very cold (about 40 to 45 degrees F) in flutes or tulip glasses, and open the bottle gently to preserve the bubbles. Keep a bottle chilled so you are always ready for an impromptu toast. For mimosas or bellinis, pour two parts sparkling wine to one part juice or purée.
