Description
Baci di Astri Fragolino is a strawberry-flavored wine in the Italian fragolino tradition, usually a sweet and lightly sparkling pink drink.
Expect ripe strawberry aromas and flavors, gentle sweetness and a light, refreshing finish.
Serve very cold on its own, over ice or with fresh fruit and light desserts. It pairs easily with light dishes, from salads and seafood to creamy pasta and soft cheeses. A medium glass with a slight taper keeps the aromas concentrated. Serve at about 45 to 50 F, chilled but not ice cold, so the aromas stay lively. Keep an opened bottle in the refrigerator and finish it within a few days for the freshest flavor.
