Description
Baker's 7 Year is a single-barrel, high-rye Kentucky straight bourbon from the Baker's brand, aged for seven years. It is a bottle for people who enjoy whisky and like to know what is in the glass.
Expect caramel, vanilla and baking spice on the nose, a rich, full palate with a little rye heat and a long, warm finish. With a drop of water the aromas open up further and the texture softens, so it rewards a slow pour and a clean tulip or Glencairn glass.
Sip it neat or on the rocks. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place, and pour it at room temperature to get the full range of aromas.
