Description
Balvenie 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from the Balvenie distillery in Dufftown, one of the few distilleries that still grows its own barley and employs its own coppersmith and floor maltings. Matured in oak, it delivers the distillery's signature honeyed sweetness alongside vanilla, baked apple, and a touch of dried fruit.
The palate is smooth and mellow with gentle spice and a long, warming finish of oak and honey. A classic, approachable Speyside malt equally at home neat or in a whisky cocktail.
