Baron Herzog Rosé is a pink wine from Baron Herzog, a California producer of kosher wines.
Expect fresh red berry and citrus flavors with a crisp, refreshing finish.
Serve well chilled with salads, grilled fish, light appetizers or on its own. As a kosher wine, it is a good choice for holiday and Shabbat tables. It pairs easily with light dishes, from salads and seafood to creamy pasta and soft cheeses. A medium glass with a slight taper keeps the aromas concentrated. Serve at about 45 to 50 F, chilled but not ice cold, so the aromas stay lively.
