Description
Barefoot Riesling is a light, fruit-forward white wine from Barefoot, one of the best-known easy-drinking wine brands in the US.
Riesling is known for bright acidity and stone fruit character, and this one is easy-drinking with peach and citrus notes and a touch of sweetness.
Serve well chilled with spicy dishes, salads, fruit or light desserts. It pairs easily with light dishes, from salads and seafood to creamy pasta and soft cheeses. A medium glass with a slight taper keeps the aromas concentrated. Serve at about 45 to 50 F, chilled but not ice cold, so the aromas stay lively. Keep an opened bottle in the refrigerator and finish it within a few days for the freshest flavor.
