Description
Barkan Classic Chardonnay is a kosher white wine from Barkan Vineyards, one of Israel's leading wineries.
It has bright, crisp acidity and wonderful pear and citrus fruit flavors. The wine is full-bodied, with a long finish.
Serve well chilled with light fish, roast chicken or soft cheeses. It pairs easily with light dishes, from salads and seafood to creamy pasta and soft cheeses. A medium glass with a slight taper keeps the aromas concentrated. Serve at about 45 to 50 F, chilled but not ice cold, so the aromas stay lively. Keep an opened bottle in the refrigerator and finish it within a few days for the freshest flavor.
