Description
Bartenura Asti is a kosher sparkling wine from the Asti region of Piedmont, Italy. Bartenura is one of the best-known names in kosher Italian wine, and this bottle is made in the sweet, aromatic style the region is famous for.
The style is light and sweet, built on aromatic Moscato grapes. Expect peach, apricot, orange blossom and honeysuckle on the nose, a gently sweet, fruity palate and a bright, lively mousse. Like most sweet sparklers, it is meant to be enjoyed young and well chilled, when the fruit is at its most fragrant and the bubbles lift the sweetness so the finish stays fresh.
Serve well chilled with fresh fruit, light pastries and desserts, or on its own for a festive toast. It is a popular pick for holiday tables and kosher celebrations.
