Description
Basil Hayden Cognac Cask Reserve: the high-rye Kentucky bourbon finished in French oak casks that held Cognac for 20 to 25 years, bottled at 80 proof. Warm caramel, dried fruit and Basil Hayden's signature gentle spice.
Serve neat or over a large cube to appreciate the grain and oak, or use it in an Old Fashioned, Manhattan or Whiskey Sour. It pairs well with smoked meats, dark chocolate and aged cheeses.
