Description
Beit El Cabernet Sauvignon Single Vineyard is a kosher red wine from Beit El Winery in Israel, made from Cabernet Sauvignon from a single vineyard.
Expect blackcurrant, dark plum and cedar with notes of vanilla and spice, firm tannins and a long finish.
Serve at room temperature with grilled steak, roast lamb or aged cheeses. Pair it with hearty dishes such as grilled meats, pasta in tomato sauce or a cheese board. A large, rounded glass lets the wine open up and shows off its aromas. Serve at about 60 to 65 F and open the bottle 15 to 30 minutes ahead so the aromas can develop.
