Description
Ben Ami Cabernet Sauvignon is an Israeli red made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills and coastal plains, which give it intense yet rounded fruit flavors.
In the style typical of Cabernet Sauvignon, expect blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry on the nose, with notes of oak spice, firm tannins and a lingering finish.
Serve at slightly below room temperature, around 60-65°F. It pairs well with grilled steak, burgers, roast lamb and aged hard cheeses. Let the bottle open up for a few minutes in the glass or a decanter to bring out the best of its aromas. It is a dependable choice for dinner parties, holiday tables and quiet weeknight meals alike.
