Description
Bombay Sapphire is a London dry gin in a distinctive blue bottle, distilled with 10 botanicals. This is the 750ml bottle.
Expect a bright, balanced profile led by juniper and citrus with fresh spice and a clean finish. Gin is a spirit flavored primarily with juniper along with botanicals such as coriander, citrus peel and spices, which gives it a fresh, aromatic character. A good gin and tonic uses plenty of ice, a quality tonic water and a fresh citrus garnish, with roughly two parts tonic to one part gin.
Excellent in a gin and tonic, martini or Negroni. Serve well chilled. It also anchors classics like the Martini, Negroni, Gimlet and Tom Collins, and the juniper holds up well in citrus drinks.
