Description
Bonterra Cabernet Sauvignon is made with organic grapes and offers hints of black pepper, vanilla spice and rich berry-plum flavors, a California red for those who prefer organic wines.
In the style typical of Cabernet Sauvignon, expect blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry on the nose, with notes of oak spice, firm tannins and a lingering finish.
Serve at slightly below room temperature, around 60-65°F. It pairs well with grilled steak, burgers, roast lamb and aged hard cheeses. Let the bottle open up for a few minutes in the glass or a decanter to bring out the best of its aromas.
