Booker's Bourbon 750ml

Booker's Bourbon is the uncut, unfiltered cornerstone of Jim Beam's Small Batch Collection — bottled straight from the barrel the way sixth-generation master distiller Booker Noe intended. Aged six to eight years in the center of the rackhouse, where the temperature swings are most intense, it is one of the few bourbons released at full barrel strength, typically landing between 120 and 127 proof depending on the batch.

Nothing is cut with water and nothing is chill-filtered, so all of the whiskey's weight and oil stay in the glass. Expect a big, rich pour of charred oak, vanilla, toasted nuts and deep caramel over a long, warming finish built for slow sipping.

Each release is a named batch carrying its own age and proof statement on the label. Pour it neat or over a single large cube, and add a few drops of water to open it up.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Charred oak, vanilla and toasted nut.

Palate: Rich caramel, sweet wood smoke and baking spice.

Finish: Long, warm and full-bodied.
