Description
Breckenridge Bourbon is a bourbon from Breckenridge Distillery in Colorado, made in the Rocky Mountains with mountain water. It is known for a rounded, oak-forward style that stands out from Kentucky classics.
Expect deep oak, caramel, vanilla and light spice with a touch of dried fruit, finishing smooth and warm. Bourbon must be made from at least 51 percent corn and aged in new charred oak, which is where its sweetness and vanilla character come from.
Serve neat or over a large cube to appreciate the grain and oak, or use it in an Old Fashioned, Manhattan or Whiskey Sour. It pairs well with smoked meats, dark chocolate and aged cheeses.
