Description
BV Coastal Chardonnay is a white wine from BV Coastal Estates, the approachable line from Beaulieu Vineyard in California.
Expect ripe apple, pear and tropical fruit with a touch of vanilla and a smooth, balanced finish. It is a medium-bodied, easy-drinking Chardonnay.
Serve well chilled with roast chicken, seafood, pasta in cream sauce or soft cheeses. It pairs easily with light dishes, from salads and seafood to creamy pasta and soft cheeses. A medium glass with a slight taper keeps the aromas concentrated. Serve at about 45 to 50 F, chilled but not ice cold, so the aromas stay lively. Keep an opened bottle in the refrigerator and finish it within a few days for the freshest flavor.
