Description
BV Coastal Estates Pinot Grigio is a California white wine from Beaulieu Vineyard, made to be a bright, easy refresher.
Ripe pear and honeydew melon lead the profile, followed by subtle hints of stone fruit, orange blossom and exotic spices. The palate has a smooth viscosity before a long, crisp finish. A touch of Viognier lends extra aromatics and texture.
Serve well chilled with salads, seafood, light pasta or on its own. It pairs easily with light dishes, from salads and seafood to creamy pasta and soft cheeses. A medium glass with a slight taper keeps the aromas concentrated. Serve at about 45 to 50 F, chilled but not ice cold, so the aromas stay lively.
