Description
Camus Borderies VSOP is a French Cognac from the Camus family house, made with eaux-de-vie from the Borderies cru, the smallest of Cognac's growing areas. This is a 750ml bottle.
Borderies is prized for floral, violet-like aromatics, here joined by dried fruit and warm oak with a long, smooth finish. Cognac is a grape brandy from western France, double-distilled and aged in French oak. Expect dried fruit, vanilla and light oak spice over a smooth, warming finish.
Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube, or in a Sidecar or other classic Cognac cocktail. Store upright in a cool, dark place. It makes a thoughtful gift for cognac fans and collectors.
