Description
Capel Pisco is a Chilean grape brandy in a 750ml bottle. Pisco is a clear spirit distilled from grapes and bottled without oak-aging. It is a staple of Chilean bars and home cocktail cabinets.
Expect fragrant, floral grape aromatics with a clean, bright palate and a smooth finish. Brandy is distilled from fermented fruit, typically grapes, and aged in oak. Expect warm notes of dried fruit, caramel and gentle oak spice with a smooth, mellow finish.
