Description
Cenote Reposado is an oak-rested reposado tequila from Cenote, a tequila from Jalisco, Mexico. A reposado is rested in oak for a period of two to twelve months, which softens the spirit and adds gentle wood character without hiding the agave. The 1L bottle gives extra pours for sipping and mixing.
Expect cooked agave layered with vanilla, caramel and light toasted oak, finishing soft and warm.
Sip it neat or over a large cube, or use it for a richer margarita or a tequila old fashioned. It pairs nicely with grilled meats, tacos al pastor and mole. A great all-rounder that works as well in a cocktail as it does in a glass on its own.
