Description
Ron Centenario 9 Year Conmemorativo is a Costa Rican rum from the Centenario range, made from a special reserve of aged rums.
Expect notes of caramel, toasted oak and dried fruit, a smooth palate, and a warm, lingering finish. Extended barrel aging typically rounds off the rough edges of rum and layers in baking spice, caramel and toasted wood.
Sip it neat or on the rocks. Pour it neat or over a single large cube so you can taste how it evolves, and consider pairing it with dark chocolate or a good cigar. It makes a fine gift for rum drinkers and works well as a step up from everyday sipping rums.
