Description
Chambord is a luxurious black raspberry liqueur from the Loire Valley, made by macerating red and black raspberries and blackberries, then blending with fine French Cognac, Madagascar vanilla, and botanicals. Inspired by a 17th-century recipe linked to the Chateau de Chambord, it is intensely aromatic with ripe black raspberry, dark cherry, vanilla, and citrus zest. The palate is rich and velvety with blackberry compote, honeyed raspberry, and cocoa, leading to a long, satin-smooth finish. A natural in a Kir Royale or modern spritz.
