Description
Chateau Ste. Michelle Harvest Select Riesling is made in a slightly sweeter style than the winery's drier Rieslings, a classic Washington State white.
In the style typical of Riesling, expect ripe peach, apricot and citrus with floral notes, a touch of sweetness balanced by lively acidity, and a clean finish.
Serve well chilled, around 42-48°F. It pairs nicely with spicy dishes, roast poultry, salads and mild cheeses. Open it just before serving and keep the bottle chilled in an ice bucket so it stays crisp through the meal. It is a dependable choice for brunch, summer entertaining and easy weeknight dinners.
