Mezcal Clase Azul made from Cenizo Agave (12-15 years to mature), grows wild in the State of Durango where the extreme climate, the rich minerals of its soil, and the source of natural springs in the area, give particular force and complexity to its notes, making it an entirely different mezcal than what is produced in the rest of Mexico. Milled entirely by hand. This Mezcal is full of smoke, slate, and roasted agave, it is a nice soft delicate Mezcal from Calse Azul.
