Description
Covenant Cabernet Black is a bold California Cabernet Sauvignon from kosher pioneer Covenant, 2024 vintage.
In the style typical of Cabernet Sauvignon, expect blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry on the nose, with notes of oak spice, firm tannins and a lingering finish.
Serve at slightly below room temperature, around 60-65°F. It pairs well with grilled steak, burgers, roast lamb and aged hard cheeses.
