Description
Cricova Brut Reserve is a Brut sparkling wine from Cricova, one of Moldova's best-known wineries, famous for its vast underground cellars carved from limestone. The Reserve bottling is a dry, crisp white sparkler.
Expect fine bubbles, aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers, and a clean, dry finish with a light toasty note typical of bottle-conditioned and tank-method Brut styles. It offers a lot of value for the price. Like most sparkling wines in this style, it is meant to be enjoyed young and fresh, with a steady stream of fine bubbles that lifts the fruit and keeps the finish clean.
