Description
Culitos Chardonnay is a white wine in a fresh, fruit-forward style.
In the style typical of Chardonnay, expect ripe apple, pear and citrus, with a hint of vanilla or toast where oak is used, balanced by fresh acidity on a smooth finish.
Serve chilled, around 45-50°F. It pairs well with roast chicken, grilled fish, creamy pasta and soft cheeses. Open it just before serving and keep the bottle chilled in an ice bucket so it stays crisp through the meal. It is a dependable choice for brunch, summer entertaining and easy weeknight dinners. Keep it stored in a cool, dark place and chill it a couple of hours before serving.
