Description
Cupcake Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine from the Cupcake Vineyards brand, made in the light, fruit-driven style Prosecco is known for.
Expect lively bubbles with fresh flavors of green apple, pear and citrus. It is light, crisp and slightly off-dry, with a clean, refreshing finish that makes it easy to drink on its own. Like most sparkling wines in this style, it is meant to be enjoyed young and fresh, with a steady stream of fine bubbles that lifts the fruit and keeps the finish clean.
Serve well chilled as an aperitif, with light appetizers and salads, or as the base for mimosas, Bellinis and spritzes. For the best bubbles, chill it thoroughly for at least three hours, open it gently, and pour into a flute or tulip glass rather than a wide coupe.
