Description
Cutty Sark Prohibition is a small-batch edition of the Cutty Sark blended Scotch. It celebrates the fact that the brand was smuggled into America in the 1920s by Captain William McCoy. It is bottled at 50% ABV and presented in a black glass bottle with a cork seal, typical of bottles from that era.
At higher strength, expect a fuller, richer take on the Cutty Sark style, with malt sweetness, vanilla and spice. Blends combine malt and grain whiskies from several distilleries, which is why they tend to be consistent from bottle to bottle.
Enjoy neat or with a splash of water, or use it as a strong base for a Highball or Rob Roy.
