Description
Dalton Dry Vermouth is a kosher dry vermouth with herbal and citrus notes, made for crafting cocktails or serving as an aperitif.
Expect crisp, dry herbal notes, a touch of citrus peel and a clean, light-bodied palate with a refreshing finish. Vermouth is an aromatized, fortified wine, so it is lower in alcohol than most spirits and works as a cocktail building block as well as an aperitif.
Stir it into a classic Martini, serve chilled over ice with a twist, or use it in cooking. It is kosher. Once opened, store the bottle in the refrigerator and use it within a few weeks to keep the flavors fresh.
