Description
Dalton Winery is an Israeli producer based in the Upper Galilee, known for kosher wines with a modern, fruit-forward style. The Estate Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the winery's own Galilee vineyards and is oak aged for more depth than an everyday red.
Expect blackberry and plum fruit with light oak and soft, rounded tannins.
Serve at about 60-65°F with steak, roast lamb, brisket or aged cheeses. This wine is kosher (OU), non-mevushal.
