Description
Dalton Winery is an Israeli producer based in the Upper Galilee, known for kosher wines with a modern, fruit-forward style. This Merlot is a kosher, approachable red from the winery's core range, made from the soft, plummy Merlot grape. Merlot is valued for its generosity and softness, making it one of the most approachable red grapes and a dependable choice for everyday dinners and gatherings.
Merlot is generally the softer, plusher side of red Bordeaux varieties, with ripe plum, black cherry and red berry fruit, a touch of mocha or spice, and supple tannins that make for an easy, rounded finish.
