Description
Dalwhinnie 15 Year Distillers Edition is a Highland single malt from one of Scotland's highest and coldest distilleries, matured a minimum of fifteen years before a secondary finish in Oloroso sherry-seasoned casks adds extra richness. The result is Dalwhinnie's classic heather-honey sweetness layered with dried fruit, toffee, and a touch of sherried spice, finishing smooth and gently warming. Bottled at 43% ABV.
Sip neat or with a few drops of water to open up the aromas; a tulip-shaped glass at room temperature is ideal. It pairs well with dark chocolate, nuts and mature cheese.
