Delta Winery reflects the natural treasures of the Merom Hagalil grapes. Vineyards planted in high quality soil enjoy optimal climates yielding fine clusters which are picjed by hand at sunrise. In the winery they are seperated by vibration and mechanized optical sorting in order to select the finest grapes. Following a long fermentation the wine is aged in new French oak barrels.
