Description
Appearance: A brilliant and limpid pale yellow appearance, with green reflexion. Nose: The initial impression on the nose is one of fine intensity with varietal fragrances and aromas of citrus and white peach. Notes of quince. Upon aeration: a rich and aromatic palette unifying a real typicality and sweetness of honey. Delicate palette of hints of flowers and fruits. Palate: A racy attack reveals a generous maturity. Mid-palate: Crisp, fragrances of exotic fruits (mangos) with mineral elegancy. End of palate: a persistent and greedy finale with mint hints.
