Description
Don Romeo Reposado is an oak-rested reposado tequila from Mexico. A reposado is rested in oak for a period of two to twelve months, which softens the spirit and adds gentle wood character without hiding the agave.
Typical of the style, the nose pairs sweet agave with vanilla and gentle wood spice, and the palate is round and smooth with a warm finish.
Enjoy it neat, on the rocks or shaken into a reposado margarita; grilled chicken, carnitas and aged cheeses make good partners. A great all-rounder that works as well in a cocktail as it does in a glass on its own.
Keep the bottle upright and away from direct sunlight to preserve its flavor.
