Description
E&J VSOP is a California brandy from E&J Gallo. This is the 1.75L bottle.
Expect vanilla, apple, berry and hints of toasted oak from barrel aging, with a smooth, satisfying finish. Brandy is a spirit distilled from fermented fruit, most often grapes, and usually aged in oak, which adds color, vanilla and warm spice. It is traditionally served after dinner, but also works well in classics like the Sidecar, Brandy Alexander and Old Fashioned.
Serve neat, on the rocks, or in classic brandy cocktails. The 1.75L large format suits entertaining and bar use. Pair it with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, dried fruit or baked apple desserts, and serve at room temperature to let the aromas open.
