Description
El Jimador Reposado Gift is an oak-rested reposado tequila from El Jimador, a tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave in Jalisco. A reposado is rested in oak for a period of two to twelve months, which softens the spirit and adds gentle wood character without hiding the agave. It is packaged as a gift edition, ready to give.
Expect cooked agave layered with vanilla, caramel and light toasted oak, finishing soft and warm.
Sip it neat or over a large cube, or use it for a richer margarita or a tequila old fashioned. It pairs nicely with grilled meats, tacos al pastor and mole. A great all-rounder that works as well in a cocktail as it does in a glass on its own.
