Description
Ethan's Reserve Sorghum Bourbon is billed as the first and only Kosher for Passover whiskey. Made from sorghum stalk, it is crafted into a smooth, rich whiskey. This small-batch spirit is aged in charred American oak barrels.
Expect a smooth, rich profile with sweetness from the sorghum, along with vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. Bourbon must be made from at least 51 percent corn and aged in new charred oak, which is where its sweetness and vanilla character come from.
