Description
Finca Zerezal Reserva is a kosher Reserva red from the Vina Memorias label, with a 2016 vintage noted. Reserva wines generally spend extra time in barrel and bottle before release. Tempranillo is Spain's signature red grape, and the backbone of Rioja and Ribera del Duero wines.
Reserva-level reds typically show dark cherry and plum fruit with vanilla, spice and toasted oak notes, a smooth structure and a long finish.
Serve at about 60-65°F with tapas, roasted lamb, chorizo or aged Manchego. Its savory, food-friendly style is a classic partner for Spanish cuisine. This wine is kosher.
